We offer full psychiatric services and medication management for adults.

Our providers are all board certified and many have additional certifications and training in areas including Perinatal and Postpartum Mood Disorders, Eating Disorders, and Obesity Medicine. Care is provided using evidence based and up to date treatment modalities. You will enter a collaborative, safe and non-judgmental treatment environment, where everyone's personal choices and values are respected.

Our Team

Khalid Ahmed, M.D.

Dr. Ahmed is our Medical Director. He has extensive clinical experience in treating a diverse patient population with a wide range of psychiatric disorders in different settings. He is especially interested in Eating Disorders (including Anorexia, Bulimia & Binge Eating Disorder), Neurodevelopmental Disorders (including ADHD & Autism), Mood Disorder (Including Bipolar Disorder & Depression) and Anxiety Disorders (including OCD & panic disorders). Dr. Ahmed is Diplomat of American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology & Diplomat of American Board of Child and adolescents Psychiatry. He completed his Residency in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and completed his Residency in General Adult Psychiatry at Drexel University College of Medicine.

Isatou Sinera, DNP, ARNP

Isatou Sinera is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Regis College. She spent nine years as a nurse, caring for patients in hospitals, rehabilitation, and home health settings, before pursuing a career in psychiatric mental health. Isatou has extensive clinical experience in psychiatric mental health across the lifespan, including mood disorders, depression, anxiety, OCD, and PTSD. She is skilled at conducting detailed assessments and diagnoses, formulating comprehensive treatment plans, evaluating treatment outcomes, and coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team. Isatou believes in a patient-centered, holistic, and collaborative care model that enhances patients' emotional and physical well-being. With a track record of compassionate care, Isatou is committed to contributing to effective healthcare teams and improving patient outcomes.

Zenebech Hagos, DNP, ARNP

Zenebech L. Hagos is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Regis College and has over a decade of diverse mental health experience. Zenebech’s clinical expertise spans assessing, diagnosing, managing medication, patient education, providing psychotherapy, and evaluating outcomes for a wide range of mental health patients. Her clinical skills cover various mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. She combines evidence-based treatments with holistic practices to offer personalized, comprehensive care that enhances overall well-being. Zenebech is deeply committed to patient-centered care and values a collaborative relationship, ensuring that each patient is an active participant in their care. Her ultimate goal is to support individual overall well-being, addressing both mental and physical health needs.

Zanab Waseem, M.D.

Dr. Zanab Waseem is an international medical graduate from Pakistan with a deep passion for mental health and holistic patient care. She is currently gaining clinical experience at Pan Pacific Health in Bothell, WA, under the supervision of Dr. Khalid Ahmed, MD. Dr. Waseem is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient centered care, with a focus on treating Mood Disorders (including Bipolar Disorder & Depression), Eating Disorders (including Anorexia, Bulimia & Binge Eating Disorder), Neurodevelopmental Disorders (including ADHD & Autism), Anxiety Disorders (including OCD & Panic Disorder), Substance Use Dependance (Addiction) and the mental health challenges associated with substance use. She believes in fostering strong, trusting relationships with her patients to ensure they receive the best possible care tailored to their individual needs.

In her personal life, she enjoys cooking, spending time with her family and reading.

Pamela Saha, M.D

Dr. Pamela Saha is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in General Adult Psychiatry and Consult Liaison Psychiatry. She has over 30 years of experience in clinical practice. She has been an Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA, and a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the State University of New York Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. She received her Medical Degree from Louisiana State University Health Science Center in Shreveport and completed her residency training at Martin Luther King Jr./Drew Medical Center in Los Angeles. Dr. Saha takes a holistic approach in her evaluations and treatment planning. She considers the unique aspects and circumstances of her patients and is a strong advocate when unmet needs impinge on the health and well being of her patients.

Elina Durchman, M.D.

Retired

Dr. Durchman is board certified in General Psychiatry, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry as well as in Obesity Medicine with several years of experience of treating children, adolescents and adults. She has a special interest in eating disorders, weight management and obesity medicine. Dr. Durchman practices patient focused, evidence-based treatment including medication management. She is an avid patient advocate and has served as president of the Washington State Council of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She received her Doctor of Medicine degree and completed her residency programs as well as Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disorders fellowship through University of Washington in Seattle. Dr. Durchman has held several leadership positions in public as well as private sectors.
